For more than 20 years A. F. Seabra Advocacia Empresarial has published
the magazine "Direito Empresarial", developed by its technical
department. This monthly magazine analyses current material in several
area of law, of immediate interest to companies, is available on line,
as part of the strategy of strengthening the technical framework that
supports the Preventive Counseling
practice of the company. The objective is to provide the opportunity for consultations about the themes broached in the magazine to be made on the basis of real and updated facts experienced by the companies. The research effort, aiming at responding to the consultations, provides A. F. Seabra Advocacia Empresarial's professionals, useful knowledge for creating solutions to similar issues that may affect its clients in the future. Besides being closely studied by the Technical Council
and fed into the Database, the issues
of sectorial importance are published in "Direito Empresarial"
